Official opening of the
exhibition
The exhibition will be officially opened by the Norwegian
Minister of Modernisation Morten Meyer Monday 23 May at 8.30
a.m. The
opening will be for Ministers and Head of delegations only. There will be a
little speech and a guided tour in the exhibition area for the ministers. There
will also be a small breakfast serving for the ministers in the exhibition area
on the 2nd floor. The exhibitors should be in the exhibition area at 8.15 at the
latest to be ready for the opening. After the opening (at the same time as the
conference opens) there will be breakfast served for the exhibitors on the 2nd
floor.
The exhibition
area
There will be only one stand
for each country. The maximum
number of projects to be shown or demonstrated at each stand is two. The stands are assigned alphabetically
by country.
Each stand
will be equipped with the following:
- One standard shell
scheme of 3x2 m (height 2,2 m) including front board and country sign. The
front board on the stands will have the names of the countries, not the names
of the projects
- Modular white wall
panels
- Spotlight
- Electrical connections
- Internet and ISDN connections
- Display for
brochures. Two types; one broschure shelf and one stand alone where you can
put several different types of brochures
- 1 round table
- 2 chairs
- Laptop and screen
upon request
All equipment
above is provided by the organizers. Additional equipment is obtained on request
and will be billed afterwards.
Installation
and dismantling
The Exhibition venue will be open for
installation from 10:00 to 20:00 on Sunday 22nd of May.
Stands must be dismantled by 16:00 on Tuesday 24th of May. A
Help-desk will be available for exhibitors. Security will be provided in the
exhibition area from Sunday 22nd until Tuesday 24th at
16.00.

will be able to receive shipped material to the above address after the
19th of May.
Please
note; You might need to bring adapters for your laptops depending of
which country you come from. (Norway has 230V, 50Hz)
